Nivmak is one brand with two separate experiences. Nivmak for Business is for registered companies that want to build a digital presence and connect with other businesses. Nivmak Money is for individuals who want to explore and invest in financial products such as unlisted shares, digital gold and silver, fixed deposits, and IPOs.

Business accounts and investor accounts are kept apart by design. Signing in to one experience does not sign you in to the other.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use Nivmak.

For Nivmak for Business, you must be an authorised representative of a registered company and complete company verification steps, including KYC with details such as PAN, CIN or GST, and authorised signatory information where required.

For Nivmak Money, you must complete identity checks such as mobile and email verification, MPIN setup, PAN verification, and KYC before investing features become available.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your MPIN, confidential. Do not share your MPIN or one-time codes with anyone.

Signing in from a new device may require a one-time code sent to your registered email. You must keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you about security and account activity.

Notify us promptly at the support email below if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You agree to use Nivmak only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, businesses, or the platform.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or misuse data, impersonate another person or company, upload false or misleading company information, or interfere with the normal operation of the services.

Company profiles, ads, groups, and messages on Nivmak for Business must comply with applicable law and must not contain unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive content.

Nivmak may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Individual product availability can change, and each product or feature area shows its current status where relevant.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.

Information shown on the marketing website is illustrative unless stated otherwise. Names and previews used in product demos are examples.

Investment products available through Nivmak Money carry market risk. Their value can go down as well as up. Nivmak does not promise or guarantee returns.

Product information, explainers, and market content (including Finsights) are provided to help you understand options. They are not personalised investment advice, tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for reading product documents and making your own decisions before investing.

Nivmak branding, interfaces, and content on the platform are owned by Nivmak or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as allowed by these terms or with prior written permission.

You retain rights in content you submit (such as company profile details), and you grant Nivmak a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivmak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Nivmak after an update means you accept the revised terms.
